Pricing questions
What counts as one product?+
One SKU or model you're tracking through compliance, not one unit off the line. A thousand units of the same smart plug is one product on your account; a second plug with a different battery or radio is a second product.
Do I need a card to start on the Free plan?+
No. Create an account with just an email address. The requirements checker, every regulation guide and the Declaration of Conformity generator are free without a card, and stay free. We only ask for payment details when you choose to upgrade to Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, from your account's billing settings, no notice period. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan and its limits apply from that point.
Do the prices include VAT or sales tax?+
Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT and sales tax. Any tax that applies to your billing details is shown separately on your Stripe invoice.
What's the difference between paying monthly and annually?+
Same Pro plan either way. Paying annually is two months cheaper than paying monthly for a year, billed as a single yearly charge instead of twelve.
